Operations Manager for Auto Detail Company

The ideal candidate will have a background in managing teams and training employees. The Detail Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations of the company from training and quality control to customer service. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of detailers. Ensure that all detailing tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all detailing supplies are properly stocked and maintained. Train and evaluate detailers on proper detailing techniques and procedures. Ensure that all detailing tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of all detailing services performed. Ensure customer satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Answer customer calls and address any issues that emerge with customer-first attitude Maintain consistent communication with the company owner who is also involved in the day to day tasks of the company Receive training in and be prepared to deliver higher-end shop services such a ceramic coating Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Free parking Paid time off Paid training Schedule: Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
