Cycle Counter-Aerofil
Position Summary:Locates and counts packaging components, raw materials and finished goods per appropriate Aerofil process descriptions and work instructions.Essential Functions:Actively practice safety in all aspects of the job. Know and practice proper use of PPE. Know and recognize quality products and practices, and take action when defects are identified. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes respect and teamwork between coworkers, customers, vendors, supervisor and management. Locate and count packaging components, raw materials and finished goods. Maintain stored items neatly and safely. Take physical counts as required to determine quantity on hand. Relocate items as necessary to insure usage of oldest items first. Initiate appropriate paperwork reflecting any movement of items within the warehouse. Perform safety inspections on forklifts and operate same in a safe manner. Will do all inventory reconciliation in conjunction with inventory clerkBack-up Inventory Clerk as needed Good attendance record - less than 4 absences Other duties as assigned by supervisorPhysical Demands:Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
