A company is looking for a Lead Visual Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Craft high-quality concepts, visuals, UI, and prototypes across various digital platforms
Create compelling presentations to inspire stakeholders and communicate design rationale
Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, engineers, and other team members while mentoring junior designers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on design experience, demonstrating mastery of Figma and visual design systems
A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling designs
Experience in visual storytelling and strong client-facing presentation skills
Ability to apply user-centered design thinking to address business and human challenges
Interest in AI creative tools and their impact on design workflows
