Accounting & Finance - Accounting Associate Intermediate (3-6 years)

Roles and Responsibilities: Associate will be responsible for the review client accounts and working through specific details to determine if account requires exiting from the bank. The Company is a global leader in investment and wealth management, serving institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors across major markets The business offers investment management across all major asset classes and provides individual investors with retirement, brokerage and banking services, including trusts and estates, lending, mortgages, and deposits. The CWM Centralized Client Exit Team partners with stakeholders across lines of business to coordinate approvals and execute client and account exits, while supporting day-to-day operational needs. The Role The Wealth Management Client Exit Associate manages end-of-the-end clients, and account exits in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities The role requires strong analytical judgment, knowledge of reference data, and effective communication with global business managers and key partners to ensure timely, accurate execution The Associate will also help strengthen operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and control. Key Responsibilities • Manage and process client and account exit end-to-end, ensuring timely completion. • Analyze and interpret daily inquiries related to exit requests determine appropriate actions and next steps. • Communicate clearly with advisors, supervisory managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate approvals and execution. • Track and follow up on pending exits resolve issues and remove blockers. • Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for client and account exit processes. • Produce and share metrics and status reporting with business partners and senior management. • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities implement mitigations and update procedures as needed. • Create, maintain, and enhance procedure documentation to support a control-focused operating environment. • Partner collaboratively across levels and influence decisions to drive consistent outcomes. Requirement:The ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience Required • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
