Insurance Agent (Base Pay+ Comission)
Adriana's Insurance Services, is the fastest growing and best performing, full-service bi-lingual independent insurance agency in the United States. With over 30 years of experience and more than 40 Offices in Southern California.
We are looking for Licensed and unlicensed insurance agents for all of our Adriana’s Insurance offices.
If you are not licensed we will provide you with paid training and help you obtain your Broker License!
Applicants must be able to generate new business by educating potential customers about insurance needs, sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of our prospective customers’. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase your reputation as an agent.
Adriana’s Insurance provides the tools to become a leader by providing constant Training, Leadership, Motivation and Mentorship.
What you’ll do
Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to educate clients on insurance plans
Take initiative and work independently while working in a fast-paced environment
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
Meet sales targets and develop sales techniques
Reach out to customer leads by using our in-house platforms
Exceed client expectations by resolving customer problems and complaints
Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Who are you
Professional and charismatic demeanor
Customer service experience
Call center experience is a plus
Costumer service experience appreciated
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Highly self-motivated and goal oriented
Outstanding networking and client relationship skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Computer proficiency
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to connect with our client
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
