Development Analyst – Affordable Housing📍 Nashville, TN (On-Site)A vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm is looking to add a Development Analyst to support its growing affordable housing platform in Nashville.This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, including underwriting, financial analysis, project execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role offers strong exposure to affordable housing development projects from acquisition through stabilization.ResponsibilitiesAssist with financial underwriting and development modeling for affordable housing projectsSupport due diligence, market research, and investment analysisCoordinate with consultants, lenders, municipalities, and project partners throughout the development processHelp manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting materialsSupport LIHTC applications, financing processes, and development execution effortsPrepare investment memos, presentations, and internal reporting materialsQualifications1+ years of experience within affordable housing development, real estate development, or related real estate rolesExposure to affordable housing projects and/or LIHTC preferredStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsHighly organized with strong communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferredLocationNashville, TNFull-time, on-site position
