With legacy companies dating back to 1954, they have built their reputation as an industry leader for solutions and a premier provider of infrastructure services with a solid track record of performance, integrity, and - above all - a commitment to safety and quality.Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan / HybridJob Overview:This position is responsible for administering all aspects of the credit card program as well as diverse spend reporting.ResponsibilitiesPerform the necessary tasks to keep credit card program running smoothly.Reviews credit card spending for reasonableness and makes necessary adjustments.Maintains Concur reporting software with updates, changes, etc.Calculate diverse spending on a monthly basis.Prepare and distribute all internal and external diverse spending reports.Ability to handle complex coding.Maintain & create spreadsheets for various projects.Provide customer service to internal and external customers.Take responsibility to resolve problems.Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and quick learnerStrong communication skills while working with employees at all levels of the organization.Minimum RequirementsAn associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.Must have at least 2 years related experience or be a recent college graduate.Must be proficient in Micro-Soft Excel skills, prefer Advanced.Must be well organized and have excellent customer service and communication skills, be a self-starter and a problem solver.
