Job Title: Commercial Roofing Crew MemberStart Date: ImmediatelyJob Type: Full TimePay Range: $20.00-$38.00 / Hour depending on experiencePosition Overview: Crew Members carry out the day-to-day production needs of the company, ensuring quality workmanship. Crew Members are reliable team players who may be assigned to projects in multiple sectors. (Commercial roofing, Glass & Glazing, and/or Sheet Metal)Essential FunctionsSet-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all timesEfficiently measure and cut project materialsInstall various roofing materials to construct a weatherproof roof for our customersInstall metal wall panels & soffit panels, Parapet Coping & cut miters, standing seam roof panels, flashing & trim, Fascia, panel sills, & profile closures (Sheet Metal)Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and materialReport any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safetyReport to job on-time, ready to work, asking for clarification and assistance as neededAdhere to standards of conduct and company policies at all timesEmbody and model company values of Family Culture, JR Attitude (humility, teachable), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die (growth mindset, motivated, innovative)Required Skills, Abilities, Education And Experience3+ years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)OSHA 10 hour training (or ability to obtain)2+ yrs experience in general constructionWork Environment/Physical RequirementsPass initial drug test and participate in random drug test programAble to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)Valid transportation required to report to job sitesBenefits & CompensationHealth, dental, vision, life insurancePaid time offPaid Parental Leave401(k) with company matchFringe Benefit sub-plan (where applicable)Weekly PayLocation & ScheduleDay Shift: Mon-Friday (Weekends and overtime are required based on project schedules)In Person: Ft.
