The ideal candidate will lead projects and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic environment focused on advanced simulation solutions for the U.S. Navy. With at least 10 years of experience in software development, proficiency in C++, and strong leadership skills, you will support the design, testing, and implementation of critical software systems.
