Client Support Representative

Client Support Representative GoSharps is growing! We are in the healthcare compliance services industry providing consulting, compliance training, and proper transport of regulated medical & pharmaceutical wastes. We are owned & operated right here in Texas and are continuing to add to our team. Ideal candidates for our Client Support Representative position will be upbeat, organized, detail-oriented office professionals who enjoy helping customers both over the phone and in person. We are looking for charismatic and energetic professionals who enjoy cultivating relationships with our VIP customers. Responsibilities: Schedule virtual appointments with clients to help them set up their compliance accounts Outbound calls to current customers to follow up and inform on account status Learn & apply various state & federal regulations for small & medium healthcare offices in Texas Handle inbound phone calls from current clients who need compliance guidance or assistance Organize & maintain client lists including compliance status and follow-up schedules Collaborate with team members to provide top tier customer service Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in an customer-facing position High-level organization, time & task management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Candidates should have great energy, a positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy working with customers Must be proficient with MS office & Zoom, and generally good with technology Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Salary Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits After 90 Days 401K Option Paid Time Off No weekend work/late hours required.
