Project Manager (Residential Painting)

Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our painting projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the painting or broader construction industry and will demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding results and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site visits as needed to ensure outstanding results, including kick-offs, check-ins, and walkthroughs.Effectively staff projects, manage budgets and adhere to timelines.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and project teams.Foster a culture of integrity and excellence among painting crews.Ensure a seamless transition from booking projects to commencing work by reviewing work orders with crews ahead of time, addressing potential challenges, and providing clarity.Provide necessary support, such as ordering materials and presenting scope changes to supervisors.Uphold quality standards and report any issues with underperforming crews.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in the painting or broader construction industry.Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding painting results and exceptional customer experiences.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Optimistic outlook with the ability to anticipate problems and recommend solutions.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently and remotely.Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.Proficiency in managing crews and collaborating effectively with Supervisors, Coordinators, and vendors.Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.Agile and adaptable to meet business needs.Drive for continuous improvement and personal development.Basic understanding of English and Spanish.Reliable transportation for site visits throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.Benefits:Paid holidays and time offFlexible workplaceGas stipendHow To Apply:If you are passionate about delivering high-quality results and leading successful projects, we encourage you to apply.
