Join us and be a part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.Daily Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projectsReview project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirementsCreate take-offs and prepare detailed estimates using PlanSwift softwareManage change orders and update project budgets accordinglyGenerate punch out lists and oversee project closeout processRequired Skills:Commercial Construction experienceProficiency in Xactimate and Bluebeam softwareKnowledge of pre-construction and project management processesStrong understanding of structural design and building constructionAbility to develop scope of work and manage submittalsNice to Have Skills:Experience with Xactimate softwareFamiliarity with civil construction projectsBackground in bidding and request for information processesCompany Information:PSI is a National Construction Company that has built a reputation for finding innovative solutions to old construction problems.
