This role is designed for individuals eager to grow their technical skills and become a valuable contributor to the team.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical DraftingLearn to interpret architectural and structural drawings to extract relevant information.Continuously improve proficiency in CAD software.Integrate standard components into design drawings.Generate CAD drawings from sketches, blueprints, or digital files.Modify drawings based on verbal or written feedback.Work ManagementAdhere to project schedules and meet key milestones.Follow project checklists to maintain consistency and quality throughout the workflow.Teamwork & CollaborationAttend and actively participate in project status meetings.Provide assistance to the Engineering Team as directed.Other ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project team meetings and contribute to discussions.Collaborate closely with assigned team members to complete tasks efficiently.Develop and update CAD drawings based on project requirements.Ensure timely completion of all assigned work.Provide support to shop personnel during the manufacturing process.Follow established company procedures and standards.Perform additional duties as needed.QualificationsBasic knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.Familiarity with engineering and architectural principles, including concrete and steel structures.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.Clear communication of technical concepts and ability to manage conflict constructively.Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and E-Verify Compliant.
