Manufacturing Tech Finishing Blue Light 3rd Shift 10pm to 6am (P)

Blue Light operators are responsible for part-to-fixture setup and operation of an automated optical measuring and inspection station. Blue Light operators verify components to be measured according to the work order and engineering instructions. Operators work with daily calibration, calibration log, and individual component data files. How Youll Make an Impact. Check and report any Safety opportunities or near-misses and verify that physical parts serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router. Ensures the accurate work instruction is pulled up on the production system screen while performing the operation. Examines finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications and move processed parts to the next area. Maintain the flow and quality of parts produced. Continuously perform improvement analysis communicating effectively with supervisors, quality inspectors, and operators to ensure quality. Other duties may be assigned and Cross training as needed.
