Job DescriptionPsychiatrist Opportunity – Wheelersburg, OHBoard Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist l Full-TimePosition Overview:•Seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a hospital-employed psychiatric team in Wheelersburg, OH.•Two-year initial contract offered.Contract and Benefits:•Vacation: 29 paid time off (PTO) days, plus 5 additional PTO days when producing at the 75th percentile of wRVUs•CME / Books & Journals: 5 PTO days and up to $5,000 allowance•Deferred Compensation (457b): Option to defer up to IRS limit ($23,500 annually); no matching•Retirement / Savings Plan (403b): Defer up to IRS limit ($23,500 under age 50; $31,000 over age 50) with employer matching up to 2% of base pay•Moving Expense: Up to $10,000 (paid directly to moving company)•Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made coverage of $1M per claim / $3M aggregate•Health Insurance: Employee pays a small premium via payroll deduction•Non-Compete Clause: 70-mile radius for 2 years or liquidated damages equal to one year’s salary•Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year of service commitment)•Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000 (requires up to 2-year service commitment)•Sign-On Bonus: 15% of base salary, up to $100,000 (paid upon signing and forgiven over 2–4 years depending on amount)•Bonus Incentives: Excellent performance-based bonuses up to 10% of salaryPractice Details:•Location: Wheelersburg, OH•Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM•Call Schedule: 1:6 rotation•Team Composition: Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers, Medical Office Assistants, and nursing support staff•Caseload: Average of 12–16 patients per day•Additional Expectations: Participation in Clinical Case Reviews and Psychiatric Grand Rounds
