This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow directions, and are committed to maintaining safe and productive job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removalOperate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyAssist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, etc.)Load and unload materials, equipment, and suppliesMaintain clean and organized work areasFollow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructionsSupport daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are metRequirementsPrevious construction experience.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayWillingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation to and from job sitesDriver licenseMust be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass a DISA drug testMust be open to overtime workStrong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructionsCommitment to safety and teamworkAdditional NotesTravel may be required depending on project locationOvertime may be available based on project needs
