Job Details Valley View Hospital is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Pediatrician to join our integrated pediatric program serving families across Western Colorado. This opportunity is structured within our Inpatient Weighted (IPW) model, designed for pediatricians who enjoy acute pediatric care, newborn medicine, and hospital‑based responsibilities. Physicians in this model spend the majority of their clinical responsibilities working as a pediatric hospitalist covering the normal newborn nursery, level 2 nursery, and a small inpatient pediatric service at Valley View Hospital, while very occasionally participating in pediatric outpatient clinic to maintain continuity and team support. You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering high‑quality pediatric care within a sustainable, physician‑centered practice environment.
