Their homes feature energy-efficient designs that prioritize comfort and sustainability. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Design Specialist located in Atlanta, GA. The Design Specialist will collaborate with clients to bring their design visions to life, guide them through the selection of design elements, and ensure all home designs are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Duties include conducting design consultations, preparing design plans, coordinating with builders and architects, and managing project timelines to meet client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and material selectionStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients and team membersOrganizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programsKnowledge of modern design trends and an eye for detailExperience in residential construction or new home design is a plusAbility to work effectively on-site and adapt to client requirementsBachelor's degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
