We deliver value through quality oversight, project management, compliance, and risk mitigation.Title: Highway EngineerPosition DescriptionThe Highway Engineer will oversee all field construction activities for a roadway improvement project, ensuring compliance with contract documents, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. This role serves as the Owner’s representative, responsible for managing contractor performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Essential Job DutiesAct as the primary on-site liaison between the Owner, contractor, design team, and public agenciesProvide full-time construction oversight of highway, roadway, utility, and civil infrastructure improvementsMonitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, permits, and standardsReview and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction schedulesManage inspection staff and coordinate daily construction activitiesEnsure adherence to safety standards, traffic control requirements, and environmental regulationsTrack project progress, quantities, and costs;
