At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.As a Front Desk Representative for The Cosmopolitan, you will be the first impression of our resortwarmly welcoming each guest, anticipating their needs, and creating personalized moments that turn their stay into lasting memories.The starting rate: $19.35 per hourThe day-to-day:Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
