A leading international law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Associate with at least three years of experience to join its Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group in a brand-new Chicago office. From day one, you will take on meaningful responsibility serving high‑net‑worth individuals, traditional and nontraditional families, family offices, and closely held businesses across the full spectrum of estate and tax planning.This role is ideal for someone who wants both sophisticated work and the chance to influence culture, operations, and long‑term growth in one of the country’s most dynamic legal markets.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and related mattersDraft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documentsSupport family offices and business owners on succession planningCollaborate with colleagues across tax, corporate, and litigation teamsContribute to the development of a new office, including mentoring, culture‑building, and process designQualificationsMinimum 3 years of estate planning experienceStrong drafting skills and familiarity with sophisticated planning techniquesExperience working with high‑net‑worth individuals and familiesExcellent communication skills and client‑service orientationInterest in contributing to the growth of a new office
