Staff Physician, Urology Santa Monica

DescriptionUCLA Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join our established practice in Santa Monica.This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding general urology practice focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality care across a broad range of conditions, allowing physicians to fully utilize their clinical skillset in an outpatient-centered environment. Designed for those who enjoy the depth and variety of general urology, this position emphasizes continuity of care, strong referral relationships, and meaningful patient connections within the community-supported by the resources of a leading academic health system.Some of your clinical responsibilities include:Provide comprehensive general urology care in an outpatient settingPerform inpatient and outpatient urologic surgery related to common urologic diagnosesEvaluate and manage common urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, hematuria, incontinence, and male reproductive healthPerform in-office procedures such as cystoscopy, biopsies, and other minor urologic proceduresInterpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studiesCollaborate with referring providers to support coordinated, longitudinal patient careParticipate in shared call coverage, as applicableQualificationsQualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in UrologyActive California medical license (or eligible)DEA license (or eligible)Commitment to patient-centered, team-based careAt UCLA Health, UCan:Utilize your full breadth of clinical skills to treat a diverse patient populationPerformCollaborate with some of the world's top physicians and researchers at the David Geffen School of MedicineWork within a highly-innovative practice environment, including Epic SystemsDiscover tremendous professional rewards with one of Forbes' "Best In-State Employers"Deliver leading-edge patient careEnjoy an excellent salary, incentive and benefits programGrow your medical career with one of California's top hospitalsThe University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $300,000.00-$400,000.00 annual base salary.
