Laborer- Earthmoving - No Experience Required
The Laborer is an entry level position responsible for maintaining clean orderly grounds, facilities, and equipment and for assisting customers when needed. Laborers must be able to perform independently under close supervision. The Laborer must be willing to work in all climates and be able to perform physically challenging tasks such as cleaning mud and debris from machines and cleaning the wash pad area. The position requires the basic knowledge of equipment operation including lift trucks, aerial equipment, on-highway trucks, and off-highway trucks. The Laborer will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. The Laborer will advance in pay as attitude, skill level, and job performance allows.
