External Reporting Manager (Monmouth County)
About the CompanyMultibillion central NJ company has immediate opening for Manager of External Reporting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Form 10-Q and 10-K footnote disclosures and supporting documentation.Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.Prepare and maintain quarterly reporting calendar to support timely SEC reporting.Manage timeline and coordinate deliverables from key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of SEC filings.Review and analyze financial information and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and alignment with various financial reports.Maintain Financial Reporting SOX documentation and support to ensure compliance.Assist with XBRL mapping and maintenance.Assist with other regulatory reporting and associated audits.Perform research and benchmarking of Company disclosures and XBRL to other SEC financial filings.The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and 7+ years of managerial experience in a technical accounting and/or financial reporting role in a large public company.Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC and other regulatory accounting/reporting requirements and application. Prior experience in Regional or Big 4 accounting +++. Salary in the 120-150K range plus full health benefits, PTO, 401K.
