Program/Project Management AnalystBAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst with 3+ years of experience for our expanding workforce to perform management, technical, or business case analyses, at Contractor and Government site(s) in Patuxent River, MD and Norfolk, VA. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.ResponsibilitiesApplies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyzes requirements, status, budget and schedulesPerforms management, technical, or business case analysesCollects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsTracks program/project status and schedulesApplies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data managementQualifications3+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional descriptionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsverbal, non-verbal, written, and listeningfor staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informalAbility to perform all functional duties independently, self-starterWorking knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)Degree: BA/BS degreeAllowable Substitution: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Condition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
