The CCO will be responsible for enterprise-wide strategy and program development, with a focus on impacting care delivery across entire populations and communities. This role is pivotal in the organization's commitment to the Quadruple Aim of quality and experience, value, community health, and people. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the company's future, particularly in the context of a new partnership with a medical school to transform the organization into an academic health system. As the CCO, the ideal candidate will be adept at advancing clinical performance, creating structures for consistent care, and developing service lines. They must be an engaging, innovative, and contemporary physician leader, with exceptional relationship and team-building skills. The role requires a leader who can drive accountability and alignment in systemwide clinical operations, quality, safety, patient experience, and academic integration. The CCO will also be responsible for leading the organization in Quadruple Aim activities and must be a systems thinker, capable of recognizing and validating success and innovation.
