This position will play a key role in conducting recruiter phone screens, reviewing resumes, managing candidate pipelines inside the ATS, and helping leadership teams identify top talent quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high hiring standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Screening & EvaluationConduct high-volume recruiter phone screens across cybersecurity, engineering, sales, and leadership rolesRun structured screening calls using predefined interview frameworks and scorecardsEvaluate candidates for communication skills, availability, relocation interest, and alignment with hiring requirementsRecruiting Operations & ATS ManagementReview resumes and candidate profiles within the ATSMaintain accurate candidate notes, statuses, and hiring feedbackEnsure efficient candidate flow throughout the hiring processSourcing & CoordinationUse LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools to support candidate outreachCoordinate closely with founders and hiring managers on recruiting prioritiesMaintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the candidate experienceProcess ImprovementSupport recruiting operations improvements and workflow optimizationHelp maintain efficient, scalable recruiting processes as hiring volume growsQualifications & SkillsHard Skills2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or high-volume recruitingExperience conducting recruiter phone screens and candidate interviewsExperience using ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a plus)Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing toolsStrong written and verbal English communication skills with near-native fluencyNice to HaveExperience recruiting for cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical companiesExperience screening engineering or sales candidatesStartup recruiting experienceExperience supporting founders or executive teamsProcess improvement or recruiting operations mindsetSoft SkillsHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong reliability, responsiveness, and follow-throughComfortable working in fast-moving startup environmentsProcess-driven with strong operational disciplineAble to work independently while managing high candidate volumeStrong professionalism and candidate communication skills
