Duties/Qualifications EL Authorized Ongoing Professional collaboration Development of small learning communities Standards based instruction and curriculum Research based instructional strategies Multiple formative assessments Basic computer programs such as PowerSchools, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Excel Working with at-risk youth/working at a Title I school, working with special needs populations. Multicultural education Secondary Literacy implementation.
