Responsibilities include up to and are not limited to: Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components such as power supplies, modules, and cable harnessesFollow production drawings, schematics, and work instructions to complete assembliesUse hand tools and small power tools for component placement and wiringInspect parts and perform basic tests to ensure quality standardsRework and repair defective units as neededFitting, aligning, calibrating and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirementsUse grinding machines, drill press and power drill as necessary during assemblySolder and de-solder through-hole and surface mount components using soldering iron and hot air techniquesWork as a team member, reporting to a Leader on assembly statusCommunicate clearly and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety proceduresAbility to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditionsAbility to work OT as required to meet production goalsOther duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of relevant work experienceAbility to assemble sheet metal covers, motion components, cast structures, wiring harnessesAbility to run programming scripts for product integration testingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsFundamental computer operation skillsPreferred requirement - certified operate a forklift Work Environment: Climate controlled manufacturing environment (assembly, machining, quality control facility) Exposure to possible hazards may include noise, electricity, and other automated and manual machinery.
