Quality Control SpecialistA growing manufacturing company specializing in precision-engineered machine bases for vibration-sensitive semiconductor production equipment is seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join its production team. This organization is recognized for delivering high-performance manufacturing solutions and maintaining exceptional quality standards across complex fabrication processes.This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Tualatin. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented quality professional with experience inspecting manufactured components, interpreting technical drawings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect fabricated components and finished assemblies throughout various stages of production to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and CAD drawingsPerform dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools including calipers, gauges, and tape measuresConduct alignments and inspections utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment and softwareDocument inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records and controlled documentationIdentify, tag, and document non-conforming materials or products while assisting in corrective and preventive actionsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Inspection role within manufacturingProficiency using precision measuring instrumentsAbility to read and interpret CAD drawings and basic GD&T symbolsPrevious experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookBenefits401(k) with Safe Harbor matchingHealth and Vision insurance (Base plan 100% paid for employee and qualified dependents)Dental Insurance (50% paid by employer)Short Term Disability (100% paid by employer)Accident Insurance (100% paid by employer)Paid time off (PTO) and sick leavePay: $27-30/hr depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pmLocation: Tualatin, OR not public transit accessible
