Civil Engineering Project Manager

We offer flexible hours with remote work flexibility and exceptional benefits!  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Project management planning, monitoring and implementationSupport business development and client interfaceAssist in proposal preparation including development of scope, schedule and fee negotiationAbility to manage multiple project teams and work with our Columbus and Cleveland officeLead technical review, QA/QC and technical mentoring programLead engineering design for roadway or site development projectsPerform site grading and drainage, utility design, parking lot design, storm sewer design and storm water management calculationsProvide advice and creativity resolve any potential problems/deficiencies quicklyTake project from due diligence through constructionCoordinate execution of projects with our staff, our clients and our project team members   Ideal Candidate Skills Include:10+ years of experience7+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Infrastructure Suite7+ years of experience working with Architects & Engineers on site development plans3+ years of experience working with MicroStation3+ years of experience working on State, County and City Transportation ProjectsExperience with site development documents and permitting preferred with City of Cleveland.Strong analytical and communication skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work with multi-disciplinary team with minimal oversight   Educational Qualifications:BSCE from an ABET accredited College or University is required.
