Job Details: Job Title:IT Project Manager Contractor. Duration : 6+ Months Contract (With Possible Extension). Location : Austin, TX (Fully Onsite). Description : The services You will provide the client's project team: As an IT Project Manager Contractor, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery. Primary Skill Required for the Role · Genesis - Contact Center Advanced (6-9 years experience) · SAP C4C - Cloud for Customer Intermediate (3-5 years experience) · Salesforce - Service Cloud Intermediate (3-5 years experience · The client needs someone with Omni-channel and integration to SAP C4C or Service Cloud V2.
