If youve got a flair for fun and are looking for a great team to work with, we want YOU!Wage: $40,000-$50,000/yearYears of Experience Required: 1Job Purpose:The primary purpose of this position is to inspire legendary experiences for Buffalo Wild Wings guests by effectively managing all sports bar operations in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.Job Functions:Overseeing daily operations on a shift by shift basisProvide support and direction to hourly Team Members in the Front of House & Back of HouseDevelop and coach team members to help to build sales and profitsRecruit, interview, & hire hourly Team Member candidatesCreate hourly Team Member work schedulesAdditional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or Director of OperationsJob Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge of restaurant operations & maintaining operating standardsExperience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferredUtilize excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests & Team MembersStrong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detailAbility to take direction and execute team/company objectivesBasic computer & mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accuratelyBasic knowledge of Point of Sale systemsBasic knowledge of Google platformsConflict management skills, analytical skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to anticipate, recognize and solve Guest issuesAbility to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time including sitting, standing, lifting and bendingPhysical Demands: The physical demands for this position are stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
