Facilities Technician - 2nd Shift (1:00 pm - 9:30 pm)

JOB SUMMARYFacilities Technicians have a background in building and equipment maintenance and installations. This role possesses a high attention to detail, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to proactively seek out and develop creative solutions to challenges as they arise. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITESExecute preventive maintenance programs (PPM) as instructed by managementAssist with the repair of malfunctioning equipmentQuality check equipment as needed, to ensure everything is in working orderFollow inspection maintenance and repair schedules as promulgated by the management teamAct as on-call handyman when neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentWork closely with the production and security teams to execute facilities related functionsJOB REQUIREMENTSMust have working knowledge of and/or experience with the following systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Safety, Construction, Electronic Controls; certifications preferredAble to lift or move up to 75 poundsCannabis knowledge and/or industry experience helpfulRequires some variable hours and on call response after regular business hours to meet the needs of the business.
