We are just getting started and excited about what the future holds!About The RoleApplicants may apply online, visit the store or e-mail [email protected] for an application to complete.Summary / ObjectiveAs a Retail Stock Supervisor, you will lead by example in maintaining exceptional stockroom standards while fostering a positive, respectful, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting while supporting the company’s mission and delivering a high level of responsiveness.You will oversee all back-of-house operations including inventory flow, shipment processing, and product organization to ensure seamless cross-channel retail execution and an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities:Receive, process, and track all incoming and outgoing shipments between the distribution center, store, and clientsUnpack, steam, and prepare merchandise for timely placement on the sales floorStrategically organize and maintain product in the stockroom for operational efficiencyEnsure product displays are consistently maintained to company standardsOversee transfer orders to ensure accurate inventory managementIdentify and report damaged, missing, or lost merchandise promptlyManage returns and damaged goods processing in a timely mannerMaintain accurate shipping and receiving records for the storeAssist with inventory data entry into store systems as neededPartner with management to support physical inventory counts and shrink goalsEnsure store security procedures are followed, including locking doors and setting alarms when leavingCompetenciesStrong attention to detail and highly organized work styleAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who can follow instructions and visual guidelines independentlyEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, count, sort, and verify numerical data accuratelyBasic math proficiencyStrong ability to identify issues and escalate appropriatelyPositive, can-do attitude with a proactive mindsetQualifications / ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredAuthorized to work in the United StatesPrevious retail or stockroom experience preferredExpected HoursPart-Time (up to 30 hours per week)$15 - $17 an hourVICI is committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, and industry.
