This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and enabling business development teams to leverage relationship insights effectively.This is a highly operational, detail-oriented position focused on data quality, platform support, and user enablement across integrated systems that drive client engagement and growth strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Data Platform SupportMaintain and support CRM, ERM, and related relationship intelligence platformsDrive data hygiene initiatives including validation, cleanup, and enrichmentMonitor and manage data synchronization across systems; troubleshoot and resolve issuesIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance data accuracy and system performanceReporting & Relationship IntelligenceSupport requests for relationship searches, lists, and reporting needsAssist with data extraction, validation, and quality assurance for dashboards and reportsIdentify and escalate data inconsistencies or gaps impacting insightsData Quality & TaxonomySupport taxonomy tagging and metadata management aligned with enterprise standardsExecute data standardization and cleansing processesTrack and document data quality activities and improvementsUser Support & EnablementProvide day-to-day support to business users (including senior stakeholders) on CRM toolsDevelop user guides, documentation, and training materialsEducate users on best practices and promote self-service capabilitiesTrack common issues and recommend improvements to training and documentationCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Business Development, Marketing, and internal data teamsHandle sensitive data with a high level of discretion and professionalismQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience supporting CRM or relationship intelligence platformsExperience with data hygiene, enrichment, and system integrationsUnderstanding of taxonomy, data classification, and metadata managementStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyProven ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholdersExperience creating documentation, training materials, or user guidesStrong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
