Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing consulting firm. This role focuses on acquiring new job requirements directly from managers, directors, and VPs, and working closely with clients and internal delivery teams to close open positions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with hiring managers, directors, and VPs to gather new job requirements.Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.Coordinate and follow up on interviews, feedback, and closures.Drive the full sales cycle: requirement gathering, account management, and closing.Meet clients onsite as needed to strengthen partnerships. Requirements:3-10 years of proven success in IT staffing / consulting sales.Strong network and experience working with hiring managers and decision-makers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
