Maintenance Painters The Maintenance Painters are responsible for property and facility painting and paint repairs, unit make-readies to ensure quality standards and appealing grounds keeping. Hands-on position painting while ensuring all safety requirements are consistently met with quality standards delivered. You are excited about this opportunity because you will Perform routine painting tasks on community grounds and parking areas Complete all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information. Assist in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks. Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must possess a working knowledge of residential building painting Perform maintenance painting of wall, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors repairs, including texture painting, refinishing, etc. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff. Must function under general supervision. Must be flexible and have integrity. Must possess the ability to effectively work with residents and staff.
