We are looking to fill a 2pm-10pm shift Monday through Friday. This position pays $16.00/hr.ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound or outbound callsEvaluate documentation and information neededProcessing and following up on invoices and faxesAdministrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documentsMaintain and document detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicantsRequired SkillsMust be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environmentAbility to multitaskStrong attention to detailAbility to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeFluency in Spanish a plus!
