We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
Administer and optimize HRIS platforms to support accurate, efficient, and compliant HR operations. Maintain system configuration, data integrity, reporting capabilities, and integrations to enable informed decision-making and streamlined processes. Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and safeguard sensitive employee data.
Maintain and support the HRIS system (UKG), including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality control processes. Maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings. Perform billing and invoice reconciliation related to HRIS services.
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards. Analyze workforce data to support business decisions and HR strategy. Support compliance reporting, including EEO, ACA, and audit-related requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and configuration enhancements. Lead or support system implementations and enhancements. Document HRIS procedures, workflows, and system configurations to ensure consistency and scalability.
Coordinate integrations between HRIS and related systems, including payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, and performance management platforms. Serve as primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries. Provide training and ongoing support to HR team members and system users.
Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard employee information at all times.
Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, payroll, benefits, and performance management required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy required. Strong communication and collaboration skills required. Experience with system implementations or migrations preferred. Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required. Minimum of two years of HRIS, HR operations, or systems administration experience required. Experience with UKG Pro HRIS platform required. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification preferred.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
Starting annual base salary between $67,500- $85,000.
Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
