You will have a competitive base and variable compensation, including equity in a growing company, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.In this role, you will:Build and operate a customer acquisition engine that can scale.Build and maintain relationships with Realtors and other channel partners who can generate repeat referrals. Engage with customer contacts and nurture them to a close.Work cross-functionally to support the creation of a delightful Acre experience from first contact to the end of the Acre-customer relationshipDetermine if and when Acre should hire other high-capacity team members to support the Acre growth engine, then be prepared to hire and manage those people.Continually identify areas for improvement or efficiency, especially in this AI-driven era.Work in the office or on location 5 days per week, occasionally travel to other markets with the Acre team, and will have case-by-case remote weekend work that you’ll integrate into your lifestyle.Required for the role:Excellent verbal communication and people skillsMastery of a CRM platform10+ years of sales or growth experience in B2C or B2B2C environments, including 3+ years of sales leadership experienceExperience deploying agentic workflowsBeneficial for the role, but not required:4-year degreeMastery of HubspotExperience in real estate, finance, or softwareEstablished relationships in the real estate community
