Lead Banquet ServerJob Category: BanquetsPart-TimeOn-sitePark City, UT 84098, USA Wanship, UT 84017, USADescriptionResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Banquet Manager and Event Managers to understand event requirements, including guest count, menu selections and special events.Assist Banquet Manager in pre-event meetings.Assist in managing the workflow of the serving staff during the event.Provide guidance and support to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the event.Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure that the presentation of food and service meets or exceeds established standards.Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences, and acting on them whenever possible.Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewellActively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
