Job Summary Position Summary The Implementation Partner leads highu2011visibility client rollouts and major program launches. This role packages, executes, and tracks new initiatives while serving as a key connector between Client Managers, Field Support, and senior leadership. You will manage complex, highu2011touch projects, coordinate crossu2011functional efforts, support client communications, and drive successful program implementation from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Project Management u2022 Manage new client rollouts and program changes for highu2011touch, highu2011visibility accounts. u2022 Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure onu2011time execution. u2022 Identify and escalate issues such as delays, service gaps, or pricing concerns. u2022 Lead weekly status calls and facilitate daily escalation meetings as needed. u2022 Communicate client expectations to Field Support and collaborate on solutions. u2022 Determine internal resource needs and maintain alignment across teams. Reporting & Administration u2022 Provide project status reports to Client Managers and Canteen One leadership. u2022 Communicate directly with client contacts regarding updates, delays, issues, and questions. u2022 Maintain accurate project schedules, risk logs, and progress tracking. u2022 Prepare executiveu2011level summaries outlining timelines, barriers, and next steps. u2022 Track completion percentages, metrics, and project performance. Meetings & Presentations u2022 Gather information from multiple platforms and prepare polished presentations. u2022 Present updates via phone, webinar, and inu2011person meetings. Recordkeeping & Data Management u2022 Run reports to validate account setup and data accuracy. u2022 Create and manage project entries within required systems. Additional Functions u2022 Support crossu2011departmental special projects. u2022 Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members. u2022 Train new Implementation Coordinators and Specialists. Accountabilities u2022 Deliver highu2011quality project execution and timely responses to internal and external clients. u2022 Maintain knowledge of vending, markets, pantry, and OCS trends. u2022 Keep tracking platforms consistently updated. u2022 Escalate concerns promptly to Client Managers and Vendor Team leads. Qualifications Education & Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. u2022 Prior account or project management experience required. u2022 Strong relationshipu2011building experience preferred. Skills & Abilities u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. u2022 Strong customer service orientation. u2022 Effective problemu2011solving and conflictu2011resolution abilities. u2022 Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines. u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills (functions, calculations, VLOOKUPs). u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively. u2022 Ability to learn multiple software and data platforms. u2022 Preferred: experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP. Working Environment u2022 General office setting with extended periods at a computer. u2022 Must manage multiple deadlines in a fastu2011paced environment. Supervision u2022 Works independently with limited supervision. u2022 Director reviews completed work and provides project oversight.
