Staffing Services Vendor

Harmony Plus LLC is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Staffing Services Salesperson. This role is key to expanding our operations and strengthening relationships with companies that need effective human talent solutions. Location: Dallas,TX Hybrid - Full time Compesations $60k - $100k Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential companies that require recruitment, selection, and/or payroll services. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and personalized attention. Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close commercial agreements. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Coordinate with the recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking activities. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in staffing services, human resources, outsourcing, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation, persuasion, and customer-focused skills. Knowledge of the local market and different industrial sectors. Ability to work independently and focus on results. Intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office or CRM tools. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
