Role Title: Data Analyst I – Branch Operations & Inventory AnalyticsExperience: 0–3 yearsProject Tenure: 18 MonthsWork Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Work Location: McKinney, Texas / (Remote)Employment Type: Full-TimeCore ResponsibilitiesPerform daily and weekly inventory reconciliation across multiple ERP systems (Prophet 21, Eclipse) to identify stock mismatches and posting delaysAnalyze branch-level sales vs. inventory movement to flag dead stock, overstock, and stock-out risksBuild SQL queries to extract and validate transactional data (orders, receipts, transfers) from internal databasesSupport standardization of SKU mapping across acquired branches with inconsistent item master structuresWork with branch managers to validate discrepancies between system data and physical countsGenerate operational reports tracking fill rates, backorders, and inventory turnover at branch levelIdentify patterns in demand variability and recommend adjustments to reorder points and safety stockAssist in data cleanup initiatives tied to ERP consolidation effortsParticipate in weekly operations calls with regional leadership to review analytics findingsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field0–3 years of experience working with structured business or operational datasetsStrong SQL skills (multi-table joins, aggregations, filtering large datasets) — mandatory and testedHands-on Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning) in a professional or internship settingAbility to work with transactional data (sales, inventory, logistics, or operations)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, branch-driven operational environmentWillingness to work onsite and interact with non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExposure to inventory, warehouse, or distribution datasetsFamiliarity with ERP systems like Prophet 21, Eclipse, SAP, or similarExperience supporting operations or supply chain teamsBasic understanding of demand planning, stock movement, or fulfillment metricsExperience with Power BI or Tableau (supporting role, not primary)
