Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.### Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Operating Room\n\nJob Description:\n- Join a dynamic Operating Room team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.\n- Required Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00) with call included (1-2 shifts every 6 weeks).\n- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with a daily census of 45 patients.\n- Work in a state-of-the-art facility with 14 operating rooms and 14 beds.\n\nQualifications:\n- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.\n- Travel experience preferred.\n- Experience required in the following specialties:\n - Orthopedics\n - General Surgery\n - Neurology\n - Vascular Surgery\n - Urology\n- Preferred experience with:\n - Da Vinci Robots\n - Endovascular procedures\n - Ophthalmology (Cataract extraction/implant, Eye trauma, Glaucoma surgery)\n\nSkills & Certifications:\n- Active BLS certification.\n- Proficient in charting with Epic.\n\nPatient Ratio:\n- Days, Nights, and Weekends: 1:1\n\nPatient Age Groups:\n- Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics\n\nAdditional Details:\n- Total weekly schedules may rotate with days off.\n- Submit up to 2 pre-approved time off requests during the contract.\n\nNote:\n- Residents from the following counties are not eligible to contract: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.\n\n---\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
