Partner Integration SpecialistMorgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Partner Integration Specialist. Reporting to the Manager of Partner Integration, the Partner Integration Specialist supports the firm's lateral integration program across the firm's robust global platform. This position has a very specific focus on handling all onboarding for new lateral partners and can reside in one of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC and a hybrid 3 day in-office/2-day remote working schedule is available. This job may require late hours and/or weekend work.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all aspects related to the onboarding of new lateral partners.Communicate regularly with lateral partners between the time they are voted into the partnership and their first day.Work collaboratively with firm administrative departments and practice groups to execute successful onboarding and orientation for all lateral partners.Coordinate all orientation activities.Provide high level administrative support to the Manager of Partner Integration in the development and execution of various activities related to other aspects of the lateral partner integration program.As needed, support the integration team in creating individualized integration plans for each lateral partner.As needed, support the integration team with the coordination of integration travel schedules for lateral partners in the two-year integration program.Provide excellent client service in directly supporting new lateral partners by engaging one-on-one to provide insights and recommendations for internal meetings and connections to move integration initiatives forward.Provide support to the greater Partner Recruiting and Lateral Integration teams.Education and Experience:A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional client service focus.Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Effective in a team environment; strong desire to effectively collaborate.High level of productivity and strong work ethic.Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands.Ability to read and interpret general business documents, instructions and manuals, write routine business correspondence, and speak effectively with employees, clients, candidates, and external vendors.A level of comfort interacting with all levels of personnel, including practice group leadership, firm management, and Chiefs.Qualified candidates must apply online by visiting our website at www.morganlewis.com and selecting "Careers."
