HousemanAs a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities Ensure floors are well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests. Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. Qualifications Houseperson/Housekeeping experience is preferred. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Friendly and service-oriented attitude. No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.
