This is a hands-on architect-level role responsible for designing, implementing, and governing Workday security frameworks across HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end Workday security models (RBAC, domain security, intersection security, BP security)Implement least-privilege access aligned with SOX, HIPAA, and compliance requirementsDefine reusable security standards and frameworksLead security decisions across Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll) Implementation & DeliveryLead security workstream during Workday implementationsConfigure security groups (User-Based, Role-Based, Intersection)Perform tenant security gap assessments and remediation planningCollaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Workday PSG teams Governance, Audit & ComplianceConduct access reviews and SoD analysisMaintain audit documentation and compliance evidenceAddress audit findings and manage remediation timelinesAssess impact of Workday updates/releases on security Client Engagement& Stakeholder ManagementAct as Workday Security SME for stakeholders and leadershipTravel to client sites for workshops and go-live supportMentor junior team membersContribute to internal knowledge base and proposals RequirementsCertifications (Mandatory)Active Workday Pro Certification in Security (HCM or Financials) Experience8+ years overall IT experience5+ years in Workday Security Analyst roleArchitect/Lead experience in Workday security engagementsHands-on expertise in:Security groupsDomain security policiesBusiness process securityExperience in SOX-compliant environments and SoD managementIndustry experience preferred: Healthcare / Financial Services / Public SectorConsulting experience preferred Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of Workday security architectureExperience with Workday reporting, audit trails, monitoringKnowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, and integration securityUnderstanding of IAM/IGA conceptsExperience with GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, Saviynt - preferred) Preferred QualificationsWorkday Extend / Prism Analytics securityKnowledge of NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FedRAMPExperience with Workday Government/EducationExperience with Workday partners (Big 4, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Work ConditionsRemote role (United States only)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship)Travel up to 25-30% (fully reimbursed)Work hours aligned to Eastern/Central time zones Equal Opportunity EmployerInterScripts, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
