WTP Job Club FacilitatorLocation: CareerSource Broward – Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-TimePay: $20.87/hr or $43,400 if applicablePosition OverviewCareerSource Broward, in partnership with Integrative Staffing Group (ISG), is seeking a WTP Job Club Facilitator to deliver engaging workshops and provide guidance to individuals participating in workforce development programs.This role focuses on helping customers overcome barriers, develop job readiness skills, and achieve sustainable employment. This is an onsite position requiring direct interaction with customers.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Job Club workshops and support additional workforce training sessionsProvide guidance to participants on career planning, goal setting, and overcoming employment barriersDeliver work readiness training to support job placement successAssist customers in accessing community resources (housing, education, training, etc.)Maintain accurate records, attendance, and case documentationMonitor participant progress and ensure compliance with program requirementsCoordinate with internal teams to support employment placement effortsInput and manage data in workforce systems and databasesEnsure all materials and services comply with state and federal guidelines (WIOA, WTP, WP)Participate in training and continuous improvement initiativesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in:Workforce developmentCase managementWork readiness trainingBilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIREDStrong public speaking and presentation skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred SkillsExperience working with diverse populationsKnowledge of workforce programs and community resourcesFamiliarity with workforce databases and reporting systemsWork EnvironmentOnsite role at CareerSource Broward CenterCombination of desk work, workshops, and customer interactionOccasional travel for meetings or trainingWhy Join Us?Opportunity to make a direct impact in the communityCollaborative and mission-driven environmentProfessional development and growth opportunities
